Hi, I’m Seth
I started TCD Teams to help coaches become experts on how their players are wired so that they can create transformative relationships where young people know who they were made to be.
You might have seen me or my Coaching Clinic and/or podcast notes on Twitter! I love interacting with coaches, thinkers, and fresh leadership ideas on Twitter.
I am a 5 Voices Coach and 100X Leader Guide via GiANT Worldwide.
I designed and implemented a 4-year high school leadership program powered by GiANT called L2 where we teach high school students world class leadership content, help them start their own business, and guide them through an internship.
In addition to leadership, I teach Math & Computer Science at Providence Christian Academy.
There, I also serve as the Director of Girls Basketball and coach the Varsity Girls Basketball team.
I performed research in college in Applied Linear Algebra with Dr. Tim Chartier where we used math to try and predict NCAA March Madness. I also started a student-analytics group called ‘Cats Stats. You can hear/read more about that on NPR’s Only a Game podcast.
Most famously - I married Davidson College Women’s Basketball’s all-time leading scorer. We have two daughters named Georgia and Ollie!
